Working closely with our Recruitment & Retention Strategy Officer and Communications Team, you’ll lead the charge on the Brand and Marketing theme of our “Succeed at Rochdale” strategy.
You’ll use your digital savvy to:
- Design and deliver engaging recruitment campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok
- Create compelling content that builds our employer brand and attracts diverse talent
- Collaborate with services and hiring managers to bring roles to life and reach the right audiences
- Explore innovative ways to engage passive candidates and promote hard-to-fill roles
