Children\βs Services are seeking a dynamic and experienced Performance Improvement Manager to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Children\βs Services data and performance management functions, ensuring alignment with corporate and business strategies.
- Oversee the use of data systems to organize, store, and analyse data.
- Manage the provision and coordination of high-quality planning and performance information.
- Drive continuous improvement through research and analysis to inform service planning and delivery.
