Location: Pendle Brook Care Home, 2 Haworth Street, Oswaldtwistle

Salary: Up to £12.82 per hour, plus £250 welcome bonus.
Reports to: Senior Care team, Team Leader, Manager, and Deputy Manager
About The Role
The Care Assistant role focuses on providing exceptional personal care, supporting the wellbeing of residents, and working collaboratively with the care team.
Principal Roles and Responsibilities
- Review and follow individual care plans, providing personal care to enhance physical, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing.
- Interact with families and visitors, attending review meetings, representing Rochcare professionally.
- Demonstrate empathy and teamwork, respecting each person’s dignity.
- Build and maintain relationships with residents with impaired understanding and their families through good communication.
- Complete all necessary records accurately and maintain a clean, safe environment.
The ideal candidate is compassionate, committed, and eager to learn through training and peer mentoring.
Schedule and Benefits
