We're looking for a friendly, proactive person to join our Sales & Marketing team as a Business Administration Apprentice. You'll be at the heart of the action - processing orders, keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes and helping deliver first-class service to customers.

What You'll Do
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently across Shopify, Amazon Seller Central and other sales channels
- Follow up on orders, queries and outstanding actions to make sure nothing gets missed
- Answer phone, email & DM enquiries in a friendly, professional manner
- Keep shared drives, records and admin systems tidy, accurate and up to date (general housekeeping)
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Sales & Marketing team
- Maintain high standards of accuracy and attention to detail in everything you do
- Help monitor stock, listings and order queues, flagging any issues promptly
- Prepare and help to plan for external events, such as pop-up shops, teacher conferences
- Build good working relationships with colleagues across the business
- Learn and get comfortable using the systems and software that keep our eCommerce operations running

- Essential - GCSE - English - C/4 or above or equivalent
