Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff and Waiters to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest services while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Your role will involve serving beverages, assisting with food preparation, and maintaining the cleanliness of the bar area. Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, in accordance with company standards.
- Assist in food preparation and ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
- Engage with guests to provide an enjoyable experience, demonstrating excellent guest services skills.
- Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, utilising basic math skills for processing payments.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and coordination during busy periods.

Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is highly desirable.
