Your Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & planning: Develop and implement a brand-led social media strategy that enhances visibility, engagement, and commercial goals across all hotels. Design innovative campaigns that bring the brand’s stories, properties, and people to life while reinforcing our luxury positioning. Build, maintain and manage a comprehensive content calendar aligned with brand and marketing initiatives to ensure timely and coordinated execution across platforms.
- Content creation & management: Curate, produce, and oversee high-quality visual, video, and written content tailored to each channel and audience segment. Ensure all content reflects the brand’s voice, aesthetics, and standards of excellence. Collaborate with internal teams, creative partners, and agencies to source, design, and refine content.
- Community engagement & reputation: Oversee day-to-day publishing and community management across platforms. Monitor brand mentions and conversations, ensuring timely and appropriate engagement with audiences. Safeguard the brand’s reputation by identifying issues and escalating when required.
- Collaboration & partnerships: Partner with regional social media teams to adapt global brand guidelines into locally relevant campaigns. Work closely with CRM, Brand, PR, and Digital teams to amplify campaigns, events, partnerships, and media coverage. Guide and support hotel-level social media activity, ensuring alignment with group-wide strategy and tone. Build and maintain relationships with influencers, creators, and brand partners who resonate with the brand’s values.
- Performance & insights: Track, analyse, and report on key performance indicators, offering actionable insights for optimisation. Monitor competitor activity, industry trends, and emerging platforms to identify opportunities for growth and innovation. Manage the social media boosting strategy and the ongoing optimisation to increase relevant social media reach and engagement.
- Training & best practice: Provide best practices, guidance, training, and toolkits to hotel teams to elevate their social media execution. Share best practices and updates on evolving digital trends to strengthen the group’s collective social expertise.
