Our hotel The Balmoral is located at Edinburgh's most prestigious address, No. 1 Princes Street, where the Old Town stops and the New Town begins. Your key responsibilities:
- Be responsible for preventive maintenance work, regular safety, and maintenance inspections across the hotel.
- Work with our Chief Engineer to ensure the highest standards of maintenance are achieved.
- Adhere to all Health and Safety regulations and hotel standards.
- Take pride in delivering exceptional maintenance services.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure safe and smooth hotel operations.
- Possess the necessary skills to complete some general maintenance tasks.
- Work independently and as part of a team.
- Have a well-rounded maintenance knowledge.
