Your key responsibilities:
- Assist in the smooth daily operation of the housekeeping department.
- Deliver and retrieve linen, amenities, and housekeeping supplies as needed.
- Support room attendants with the set‑up and clearing of guest rooms.
- Remove waste and soiled linen from guest areas in line with hygiene protocols.
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest and team requests.
- Report any maintenance issues or hazards to management promptly.
- Ensure cleanliness and tidiness in all back‑of‑house and guest‑facing areas.
- Uphold hygiene, health, and safety standards at all times.
