Your key responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end process of group bookings and event coordination.
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and tailor bespoke experiences.
- Collaborate with the Sales, F&B, and Operations teams to ensure exceptional event delivery.
- Drive revenue by maximising event conversions and upselling opportunities.
- Maintain accurate event records and ensure smooth communication across departments.
- Lead, support, and motivate the Events Services Team to meet targets and deliver outstanding service.
