The Balmoral is located at Edinburgh’s most prestigious address, No. 1 Princes Street, where the Old Town stops and the New Town begins. Your key responsibilities
Rocco Forte Hotels is a collection of iconic hotels that respects the individuality of the location and its team members, encouraging them to be their natural selves while providing a local, authentic experience to our guests.
As a valued part of the Forte family, you will:
- Work alongside the Night Manager and be responsible for theother Night Team Members
- Help to ensure the seamless running of the overnight Front Office
- Be the first point of contact for our guests during the night shift with the highest level of customer service
- Be responsible for creatinga memorable and personalised experience for all our guests from arrival to departure
- Complete the night audit procedures, ensuring accuracy of reports for handover
- Deliver a discreet service that exceeds the exceptional standards set by The Balmoral, a Rocco Forte Hotel
- Proven experience in a front officesupervisory role, preferably in a luxuryhotel environment, is preferable, but not essential
- Ability to work nights and weekends
- This role is from 20:00 to 20:00 but may vary.
