Your key responsibilities

Are you passionate about fine food and wine and ready to join a five-star luxury service team? Rocco Forte Hotels invites you to become a Commis Waiter/Waitress at Charlie's Restaurant, Brown's. In this role, you'll assist the Chef de Rang and Head Waiter in delivering flawless service to our discerning guests, ensuring a world-class dining experience. Working with our expert team, led by Restaurant Director Ben Matthews, you'll thrive in a high-pressure fine dining environment. You'll be eager to learn, adaptable, and present a warm first impression while maintaining discreet, high standards of service.
