Your key responsibilities:
- Join Adam Byatt, Ross Sneddon and our talented team as you support the Pastry Sous Chef in creating exceptional pastries and desserts for our guests.
- Cooperate well with colleagues in own team and across departments.
- Tailor your approach and anticipate needs so that high quality results are achieved.
- Deliver discreet, understated and timely service, going that extra mile.
- Consistently match and surpass guest expectations to ensure guest loyalty.
