We would love to invite you to join Mathew Sherry, Chef de Cuisine in our fine dining, 4 AA Rosette Number One restaurant kitchen working alongside our talented chefs passionate about using fresh seasonal produce while developing and training their team.

As a valued part of the Forte family, you will:
- Be responsible for creating exceptional pastries and desserts for our discerning guests, adding your own flair and innovation to menu favourites.
- Be responsible for managing and motivating a team, working alongside the Executive Pastry Chef to ensure the best possible dining experience for our guests.
- Use the finest products, and cook from scratch to create a unique experience for our guests
- Work alongside the chefs to prepare and present food to the highest standards
- Use creative methods of cooking
- Be able to work under pressure during busy periods
- Cooperate well with colleagues in own team and across departments
- Be knowledgeable of the hotel and our products, and actively seek opportunities to promote them
- Take ownership of own tasks and responsibilities in line with the departmental standards
