Your key responsibilities
As the Groups and Events Coordinator at Brown’s Hotel, you will be instrumental in driving the success of our events business. You will lead the Groups & Events Services Team in managing all incoming group and event enquiries and converting them into seamless, successful sales. This role is perfect for a highly organised, proactive individual who is passionate about hospitality and thrives in a dynamic, client-focused environment.
As a valued part of the Forte family, you will:
- Manage the end-to-end process of group bookings and event coordination
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and tailor bespoke experiences
- Collaborate with the Sales, F&B, and Operations teams to ensure exceptional event delivery
- Drive revenue by maximising event conversions and upselling opportunities
- Maintain accurate event records and ensure smooth communication across departments
- Lead, support, and motivate the Events Services Team to meet targets and deliver outstanding service
