Your key responsibilities

Working alongside our Restaurant Director, Ben Mathews, you’ll lead the floor team to ensure five-star service. You’ll bring natural leadership, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of fine dining standards to exceed guest expectations. With at least two years of experience in a similar role, you\’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment.
