Your key responsibilities
Rocco Forte Hotels is a collection of iconic hotels that respects the individuality of location and its team members, encouraging them to be their natural selves while providing a local, authentic experience to our guests.
As a valued part of the Forte family, you will:
Oversee andsupportthe daily operations, ensuring each guest is genuinely welcomed andpampered during their visit
Uphold and maintain service standardsat all times
Support the training andthe development of theteam
Handle all guest interactions with discretion, courtesy, and efficiency
Work closely with the manager to ensure thesafety,comfort and overall satisfaction of every guest throughout their experience
