Our hotel, The Balmoral, is located at Edinburgh's most prestigious address, No. 1 Princes Street, where the Old Town stops and the New Town begins. Our hotel's majestic clock defines the city's skyline and since the day we opened in 1902 it has run three minutes fast to ensure our guests will never miss their train.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Cooperate well with colleagues in own team and across departments
- Ensure the smooth running of bar operations by taking care of every behind-the-scenes detail
- Help with deliveries and keep the bar stocked to maintain the cleanliness of the bar and storage rooms
- Ensure bartenders have everything they need to provide our guests with the five-star service
- Tailor your approach so that high quality results are achieved
- Deliver discreet, understated and timely service, going that extra mile
- Be knowledgeable of the hotel, our facilities and local area
- Take ownership of performing the job well in line with the departmental standards
