Key Responsibilities Housing Support Deliver housing support in line with Adult Social Care guidelines.
Process housing applications and assist residents through the housing pathway.
Carry out property inspections and void checks to ensure accommodation standards are maintained.
Support residents in achieving greater independence and tenancy sustainability.
Income Management Assist with rent collection and income recovery processes.
