- Proven experience supporting individuals with complex and multiple needs
- Strong background in: Safeguarding and risk management, Multi-agency working, Housing-related support and tenancy sustainment
- Experience handling crisis situations and challenging behaviour
- Ability to maintain accurate records and manage casework effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
