We are currently recruiting for a Retirement Living Coordinator to support the delivery of housing management services within a Retirement Living scheme.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for residents, visitors and external agencies.
  • Provide excellent customer service both in person and over the phone.
  • Support tenancy management and housing-related administration.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential resident records.
  • Assist with the day-to-day management of the scheme and resident wellbeing.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in housing, retirement living, or a similar role.
  • Strong communication and administrative skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
