After 34+ years of success in the adult care sector, our client is expanding into children's residential care, bringing trusted family values, high standards, and a supportive culture into a brand-new setting. We’re now looking for an experienced Registered Manager to lead our new Children’s Home (EBD) in Derby (DE21); a beautifully refurbished two-bed home ready for Ofsted registration. This is your opportunity to shape, lead, and grow a service from the ground up, with the autonomy to build your team and deliver outstanding outcomes for children with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).

What We Offer:

What You’ll Need:

  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (Children & Young People’s Services)
  • Proven experience managing EBD or similar Children’s Residential Homes
  • Strong understanding of Ofsted regulations and inspection processes
  • Confident leadership and staff development skills
  • A proactive, passionate approach to improving children’s lives
