Rocasa Consulting are looking to recruit a Maintenance Operative to cover Response repairs and void property maintenance in Cheltenham and Gloucester paying £27,290 per annum plus VAN and fuel card plus other benefits.
Working hours: Mon - Thursday 8am - 5.15pm and Friday 8am - 2.30pm.
- Carry out weekly maintenance checks across our properties.
- Handle general repairs to buildings, fixtures, and fittings, both inside and out.
- Take on tasks such as: Painting and decorating, basic electrical and plumbing work, minor DIY and refurbishment tasks.
- Ensure our properties remain safe, functional and welcoming for all residents.
- Work closely with a variety of people, showing initiative and a proactive approach.
