We're looking for a skilled IT professional to help support and maintain a complex enterprise infrastructure environment. You'll play a key role in ensuring critical network and security services remain available 24/7, tackling incidents, resolving technical issues, and driving continuous improvement across the estate.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Supporting and operating enterprise network and security infrastructure
- Managing incidents, troubleshooting technical issues, and resolving problems efficiently
- Maintaining and optimising Cisco and Fortinet technologies
- Monitoring infrastructure performance and ensuring service availability
- Contributing to infrastructure projects and service improvements
- Working within ITIL-aligned processes to deliver high-quality IT services
- Helping to safeguard business-critical systems and data
What We're Looking For:
- Strong networking and security infrastructure experience
- Hands-on knowledge of Cisco and/or Fortinet technologies
- Experience using monitoring and management tools
- Understanding of incident, problem, and change management processes
- Excellent communication, organisation, and prioritisation skills
- A proactive mindset with a passion for reliable and secure IT services
Essential Qualifications:
- Cisco CCNA, Fortinet NSE4, or equivalent certification
- Educated to GCSE Level or above
Desirable Qualifications:
- Computer Science degree or equivalent industry experience
- ITIL Foundation Certificate
- ITIL Intermediate Certificate Operational Support & Analysis Module (training can be provided)
