Rocasa Consulting are looking to recruit a Multi Trade Worker covering the North East London area, working Mon - Fri 37 hours per week paying up to £42k plus 10% Annual Bonus, Company Van and Fuel Card provided.
Responsibilities:
- Complete high-quality remedial and maintenance work in void and occupied properties.
- Adhere to Health & Safety protocols before undertaking tasks.
- Ensure customer/sales schedule of works is completed on time.
- Assist Aftercare Managers with remedial works as needed.
- Plan and allocate work efficiently to meet customer needs.
- Escalate issues or risks to the appropriate team member.
Experience and Skills:
- Previous experience as a multi-trade maintenance technician in a customer facing environment.
- Good practical experience within all aspects of the building industry.
- Basic knowledge of carpentry/bricklaying and plastering/drylining and all finishing trades.
- Flexible to work overtime/weekends/emergency call outs if required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills - engaging with customers, suppliers, partners.
- Pro-active approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Resilient personality and able to maintain a professional image in a customer facing role.
- Ability to organise and prioritise effectively.
- Current clean driving license.
- NVQ in a specific building trade or qualified by experience in a multi trade/maintenance role.
