Multi Trade Worker

Rocasa Consulting are currently recruiting for a skilled Multi-Skilled Maintenance Worker based in Guildford. this role is working within the private property sector.

Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 per annum

Working Hours: 9am – 6pm – overtime is also available.

Do you have experience in the following?

• Practical skills in areas such as carpentry, decorating, plumbing, repairs, electrical work and more
• Experience with general gardening tasks such as mowing, planting, pruning and weeding
• Completing scheduled maintenance tasks, including indoor and outdoor areas
• Conducting preventative maintenance and identifying when items need upgrading or replacing
• Maintaining outdoor spaces, including clearing paths, trimming hedges and caring for flower beds and lawns
• Liaising with the team to ensure that they complete projects on time
• Proven experience in maintenance and/or gardening roles is preferred
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with colleagues at all levels
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
• Knowledge of how common electrical and mechanical items work and how to repair them
• Valid driver's licence with experience driving vans
• Making pickups and deliveries
• Helping with loading and unloading vehicles
