  • Supporting and operating enterprise network and security infrastructure
  • Managing incidents, troubleshooting technical issues, and resolving problems efficiently
  • Maintaining and optimising Cisco and Fortinet technologies
  • Monitoring infrastructure performance and ensuring service availability
  • Contributing to infrastructure projects and service improvements
  • Working within ITIL-aligned processes to deliver high-quality IT services
  • Helping to safeguard business-critical systems and data
