We are currently recruiting for a Retirement Living Coordinator to support the delivery of housing management services within a Retirement Living scheme.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for residents, visitors and external agencies.
- Provide excellent customer service both in person and over the phone.
- Support tenancy management and housing-related administration.
- Maintain accurate and confidential resident records.
- Assist with the day-to-day management of the scheme and resident wellbeing.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in housing, retirement living, or a similar role.
