The Estates Services Officer will lead and supervise cleaning, gardening, and grounds maintenance teams to ensure high quality estate services across a defined area. The role is heavily focused on line management, motivating remote teams, monitoring performance, and ensuring services meet agreed standards, budgets, and timescales.
The postholder will act on customer feedback, maintain compliance with Health & Safety requirements, and ensure accurate reporting of work, inspections, and costs.
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills are essential, alongside experience managing estate services and working directly with customers.
