Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a German Speaker Inbound Sales Advisor, based in London. The Inbound Sales Advisor will manage inbound sales inquiries, provide excellent customer service, and close sales deals. Responsibilities include greeting customers, answering product queries, navigating customer issues, managing relationships, and maintaining accurate sales records.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in German and English language skills
- Sales and customer service experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work onsite in London and manage inbound sales queries
- Experience with CRM software is a plus
- High level of organization and attention to detail
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus
