We're looking for a Business Systems Consultant to support customers across a range of Business Process Management (BPM), process management and document management platforms. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in IT support, application support, business systems or technical analysis who wants to develop their skills in enterprise software, reporting, process improvement and digital transformation.

You'll work alongside experienced consultants, supporting customer environments, resolving technical issues, assisting with system upgrades and migrations, and helping organisations improve the way they manage and optimise their business processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting customers across BPM, workflow and document management platforms.
  • Assisting with system administration, configuration, maintenance and upgrades.
  • Investigating and resolving application and system issues.
  • Supporting platform migration projects, including testing and validation activities.
  • Creating reports, dashboards and data extracts using SQL, Power BI and other reporting tools where required.
  • Participating in customer meetings, workshops and technical discussions.
  • Maintaining support documentation, knowledge articles and configuration records.
  • Working with internal teams, software vendors and implementation partners to deliver high-quality services.
  • Contributing to service improvements and customer success initiatives.

What we're looking for:

  • Essential
  • Experience in an IT support, application support, service desk, technical analyst or similar role.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Experience working with business applications or enterprise software.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel.
  • Ability to follow documented processes and procedures.
  • A willingness to learn new technologies and develop technical skills.
  • Desirable
  • Knowledge of BPM, workflow, process mapping or document management systems.
  • Experience with SQL, databases or reporting tools.
  • Experience using Power BI or similar dashboarding tools.
  • Understanding of cloud and on-premise software environments.
  • Experience supporting software testing, upgrades or migrations.
  • Experience working with external customers or stakeholders.
