Site Lead – Structured Cabling, Bristol

We are seeking an experienced and driven Site Lead to oversee the entire portfolio of projects for a higher education campus within the Cabling Services Business Unit at Roc Technologies.

This senior leadership position demands a strategic, hands-on professional with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams, drive financial performance, and ensure the seamless delivery of complex network infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the campus account, building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Own the P&L, backlog, and WIP, delivering against margin and gross profit targets.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of the Modern Network Framework – from design to delivery and support.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing ROC team.
• Drive consistency through robust processes, standards, and methodologies.
• Ensure outcomes meet and exceed client expectations.

What you’ll Bring

• Strong commercial and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Expertise in portfolio planning and network design (high and low level).
• A mindset for continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Desirable: SMSTS, ECS, Prince2, AMAP, CTPM, CNIDP, or RIBA Plan of Work certifications.
