ROC Technologies is seeking a highly capable Site Lead to oversee the successful delivery of a major campus-based infrastructure portfolio. This senior role combines strategic oversight, project leadership, and operational execution to ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality and compliance.
You will be accountable for full project lifecycle management across a diverse portfolio, supporting team development, driving commercial outcomes, and delivering high client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide senior leadership and oversight across a large-scale client account, ensuring strong stakeholder relationships.
- Maintain full financial accountability for P&L performance, backlog, and WIP reporting.
- Deliver margin targets and ensure commercial viability of the portfolio.
- Oversee project design, delivery, and support activities within a framework contract structure.
- Enforce consistent delivery methodologies, quality standards, and operational processes.
- Lead and support a multidisciplinary delivery team including project managers and engineers.
- Mentor and coach team members to support career development and operational excellence.
- Ensure structured planning, clear communication, risk management, and governance.
- Implement effective support mechanisms and performance tracking tools.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement and accountability across the team.
- Collaborate effectively with internal departments such as Finance, Commercial, and Operational Services.
- Proven experience managing project delivery teams within customer-facing environments.
- Strong leadership and motivational abilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in portfolio planning and project design (high- and low-level).
- Decisive and commercially aware, with strong financial acumen.
