Are you a skilled Project Manager looking for an exciting challenge in IT and Business Services? We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team and take charge of delivering projects with precision and finesse. As a Project Manager, you will oversee all project management activities, including planning, control, communication, budget management, and team leadership.
Exceptional management and communication skills are essential as you will be engaged with an array of different customer environments, characters, and business operations. Our project manager will be responsible for managing the members of the project team, network engineers, and other resources aligned to the projects either internally or from within the client site. You will be joining a talented team of experienced Project Managers that underpin Roc’s entire customer base.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive small and complex projects and programmes to achieve targeted customer goals and key objectives.
- Maintain communication with team members and management to ensure early issue identification and timely reporting.
- Identify, monitor, report, and escalate project-related issues for timely resolution.
- Design and apply appropriate project management processes following Gateway Review Process.
- Manage the production of required deliverables and maintain project plans.
- Manage project risks and develop contingency plans.
- Liaise with programme management and related projects to ensure coordination.
- Monitor overall progress and resource usage, initiating corrective action when necessary.
- Apply change control and configuration management processes.
- Maintain awareness of potential interdependencies with other projects.
- Adopt and apply appropriate technical and quality standards.
- Obtain support and advice required for project management, planning, and control.
- Manage project administration and conduct project evaluation reviews.
- Provide interface between project sponsor and the project team.
