We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Renewal Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in managing the end-to-end customer renewal lifecycle, driving retention, maximising growth opportunities, and fostering strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Renewal Lifecycle: Own the full renewal process, including managing a rolling 90-day renewal period, preparing customer quotes in collaboration with vendors, suppliers, and internal colleagues. Strategically quote customers to ensure high retention rates, work closely with clients to close renewals on time, and manage CRM systems to process orders efficiently.
  • Maximise Retention & Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive high renewal rates, maximise margins, and minimise churn. Identify and capitalise on upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase account value.
  • Foster Relationships: Build and maintain trusted relationships with key customers, vendors, and supplier contacts, as well as internal stakeholders, ensuring smooth collaboration and customer satisfaction.
  • Accurate Forecasting & Reporting: Maintain clean, up-to-date data and provide accurate renewal forecasts using ROC’s CRM/ERP tools. Deliver monthly reports and actionable insights to management to support decision-making.
  • Ensure Compliance: Collaborate with contracts, legal, and procurement teams to ensure all commercial and operational obligations are met, keeping documentation audit-ready and compliant with company standards.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in renewal management within an IT Reseller or MSP, account management, or a customer success role.
  • Strong understanding of CRM and ERP systems for order management and reporting.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to forecast and report on key metrics.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
