Roc is seeking an experienced Solution Architect to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for understanding complex requirements, designing innovative solutions, and commercially packaging offerings that drive business change and efficiency. As a Solution Architect at Roc, you will be the primary technical authority, supporting multiple industry sectors, guiding customers through significant digital and technical transformations. You will work closely with other Solution Architects and SMEs, ensuring knowledge sharing, solution quality, and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Gather functional and non-functional requirements from key customers for projects and programmes.
  • Develop and maintain technical strategies, product roadmaps, and technical risk registers.
  • Analyse customer requirements to identify gaps, risks, and dependencies.
  • Lead workshops and provide technical leadership during pre-sales and solution design phases.
  • Review and assure the quality of Statements of Work, proposals, and tenders.
  • Provide hands‑on guidance to delivery teams during the Discovery.
