We’re seeking an experienced Azure & M365 Consultant to join our growing Microsoft Practice. This is a delivery-focused role, ideal for someone who enjoys working hands-on with customers, designing and implementing secure, scalable Microsoft Cloud solutions, and guiding organisations through their cloud journey. You’ll work across a diverse customer portfolio, delivering modern workplace and Azure infrastructure solutions while continuing to develop your skills across the Microsoft ecosystem.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Engaging directly with customers to understand business requirements and translate these into technical solutions
  • Designing high‑ and low‑level Azure and Microsoft 365 architectures
  • Delivering Azure and M365 implementations, migrations, and optimisations
  • Supporting identity, security, and compliance solutions across Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, Defender and Purview
  • Running customer workshops, supporting handover, and driving user adoption
  • Collaborating with other consultants and contributing to the wider Microsoft Practice

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven delivery experience with Microsoft Azure (IaaS focused)
  • Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive)
  • Solid understanding of identity, security, and access management (Microsoft Entra ID, MFA, Conditional Access)
  • Experience delivering customer-facing projects
  • Must hold SC clearance or be eligible and willing to obtain it

Desirable skills:

  • Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD)
  • Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager
  • Microsoft Purview and Defender
  • PowerShell or automation experience
  • Microsoft certifications (or willingness to gain)
