We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Azure and M365 Consultant to lead the design, implementation, and optimisation of cloud-based solutions that enhance organisational productivity and security. Working within a trusted consultancy framework, you will collaborate closely with clients to transform their digital landscapes, ensuring seamless migrations, robust security, and maximum value from their Microsoft investment.
You will report directly to the Microsoft Cloud Practice Lead and act as a key player in delivering strategic transformation using Microsoft technologies.
Key Responsibilities:- Client Consultation & Strategy: Understand client needs and deliver tailored Microsoft Azure and M365 strategies.
- Solution Architecture: Design secure, scalable, high-performance Microsoft Cloud solutions.
- Implementation & Migration: Deploy M365 and Azure services, execute legacy and cross-tenant migrations.
- Integration: Seamlessly integrate Microsoft services with existing systems and third-party platforms.
- Training & Enablement: Lead user training and create documentation to support adoption.
- Innovation: Stay current with Microsoft Cloud developments to deliver cutting-edge solutions.
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
- Deep experience with Azure Virtual Machines, Networking, Entra ID, and Microsoft 365 suite.
- Expertise in migration, hybrid identity, and security/compliance tools (e.g., ATP, DLP, Microsoft Purview).
- Proven troubleshooting and support capability.
- Effective stakeholder engagement and communication.
- Experience with DevOps, Power Platform, scripting (PowerShell, Azure CLI).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Teams telephony, Azure monitoring tools, and ITIL framework.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., AZ-104, MS-700, SC-300, PL-300), or willingness to attain them.
- Security Clearance: SC Clearance, or willingness to obtain it.
- Certifications: Willingness to achieve or hold relevant Microsoft certifications in Modern Work, Azure Infrastructure, or Data & AI.
