We’re currently supporting a growing technology team within a software-focused organisation looking to hire an Automation Test Analyst with strong experience in Selenium and C#. This role is hybrid in Surrey (KT1) and is primarily focused on automation testing (around 60%), alongside manual testing (40%), helping ensure the reliability and quality of web-based applications. You’ll play a key role in developing and maintaining automation frameworks and embedding automated tests within CI/CD pipelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium with C#
- Build and maintain test automation frameworks
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
- Execute manual and automated testing across new features and releases
- Log and manage defects in Azure DevOps or similar tools
- Collaborate with developers and QA colleagues in an Agile environment
- Create test scenarios and test plans based on new requirements
Key Experience
- 3+ years’ experience in automation testing
- Strong hands-on experience with Selenium and C#
- Experience building or maintaining automation frameworks
- Experience with API testing tools (e.g. Postman)
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with Git version control
- Familiarity with SQL databases
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
Candidates must be eligible for SC clearance with 5 years of experience working/living in the UK. This role is paying £55-60k depending on experience.
