Position Overview:

As an experienced Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in attracting top-tier technical talent and on-boarding new clients. Responsibilities:
- Lead the recruitment efforts to attract top technical talent across various domains within the technology/public sector industries.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies to build high-performing teams.
- Take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle, from candidate sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Team Leadership and Development:
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture that promotes creativity, innovation, and continuous learning.
- Encourage teamwork and cross-functional collaboration to achieve common goals and drive organizational success.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a recruiter, with a focus on roles within the technology/public sector industries

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements.

- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools is preferred.
