As an experienced Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in attracting top-tier technical talent and on-boarding new clients. Responsibilities:

  • Lead the recruitment efforts to attract top technical talent across various domains within the technology/public sector industries.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies to build high-performing teams.
  • Take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle, from candidate sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.

Team Leadership and Development:

  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture that promotes creativity, innovation, and continuous learning.
  • Encourage teamwork and cross-functional collaboration to achieve common goals and drive organizational success.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a recruiter, with a focus on roles within the technology/public sector industries.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with candidates and colleagues.

  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools is preferred.
