6-12+ months sales experience or 180 recruitment is desirable, as well as energy, confidence, and the hunger to succeed. You’ll be building relationships, closing deals, and seeing the results of your hard work pay off. What You'll Be Doing
- Full 360 recruitment, from business development to candidate management on a permanent or contract basis
- Growing your niche market within engineering, renewables or technology
- Building trusted partnerships with clients and candidates
- Working towards clear targets (and smashing them!)
