Roc Search are currently supporting an exciting search for a Product Manager to lead the development of a next generation AI product at the intersection of physical AI, predictive maintenance, and critical infrastructure. This is a rare opportunity to own a product from day one, taking it from early concept and customer validation through to market launch.
You will be responsible for shaping an AI platform that helps operators move beyond reacting to alarms, enabling intelligent diagnosis, prognosis, and prescriptive recommendations that improve equipment reliability, optimise asset lifecycles, and support operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Product Management or Product Ownership in Agile environments
- AI/ML or intelligent software products with real-world applications
- Data centres, industrial technology, predictive maintenance, asset management, or operational technology (OT)
- Working closely with engineering, data science, and customers to translate complex problems into successful products
- 5 years of commercial experience
- Bonus points if you've worked with technologies such as CMMS, BMS, DCIM, IoT, digital twins, or industrial integration standards.
