A growing SaaS business is looking for a UX/UI Designer to help shape the future of a suite of complex B2B products. This is a hands-on role with genuine influence. You’ll work closely with Product and Engineering teams to improve user journeys, modernise legacy platforms, and establish scalable design systems across multiple products. You’ll be involved in everything from user research and workflow analysis through to wireframing, prototyping, and supporting implementation with React development teams.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Designing intuitive experiences for complex operational software
  • Conducting user research and usability testing
  • Building and maintaining scalable design systems and component libraries
  • Collaborating with Product Owners and Engineers on new feature delivery
  • Helping modernise legacy applications into more user-friendly SaaS platforms
  • Advocating for user needs in product and roadmap discussions

What they’re looking for:

  • 3+ years’ UX/UI experience in SaaS
  • Strong experience with Figma
  • Ability to design for complex workflows and multi-user systems
  • Experience working alongside engineering teams (React exposure beneficial)
  • Confident communicator who can work autonomously and influence stakeholders
  • Knowledge of accessibility and modern UX best practice

Nice to have:

  • Exposure to legacy modernisation projects
  • Experience creating design systems from scratch
