Roc Search\βs key client is recruiting for a
Head of Sales EMEA
to drive revenue growth, and execute the regional commercial growth strategy for EMEA. This role is an active sales role, where you will be responsible for managing key accounts and driving new business.
This is a remote position due to the travelling elements, as you will be covering Europe, Middle East and Africa.

Requirements
- 7+ years\β experience of commercial/sales experience in
specialty chemicals, or performance materials
. - Background in Chemicals, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Business Administration or equivalent.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving revenue, margin and growth targets.
- Management of key accounts, distributor networks and multi-country sales operations.
- Travel flexibility.
