The Opportunity

We’re hiring a C# / .NET Developer to work for a insurance brokerage client. You’ll join a small, collaborative technology team supporting business-critical internal applications.

This is a permanent role offering long-term stability and the opportunity to take ownership of core systems, working closely with the business on meaningful, real-world applications within the insurance sector.

🛠 What You’ll Be Working On

• Maintaining and enhancing two internal applications used across the insurance brokerage
• Supporting and improving existing production systems (BAU and enhancements)
• Working with legacy codebases and evolving them over time
• Fixing issues, improving reliability, and enhancing functionality
• Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and technical teams
• Contributing to documentation and knowledge sharing
• Supporting the long-term transition to a stable, permanent development setup
• Strong experience with C# / .NET
• Experience in insurance or financial services
• Experience working on live production systems
• Comfortable in a BAU / support-focused environment
• Able to attend the London office Tuesday–Thursday

⭐ Nice to Have

• VBA experience (used in internal tools)
• Exposure to front-end or mobile development
• Python experience welcome but not required
