Key Responsibilities- Execute carpentry-led repairs and maintenance using multi-trade skills.
- Diagnose faults, estimate materials, and manage your own workload efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service to tenants while maintaining health and safety standards.
- Maintain company vehicle and stock levels.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years on-the-job trade experience, ideally within social housing.
- Skills: Multi-skilled background (carpentry plus associated trades).
- License: Full UK driving license required.
- Hours: 37 hours per week (8am-6pm) plus participation in an out-of-hours rota.
