Key Responsibilities
- Own and lead QA delivery across multiple releases
- Define and execute test strategies covering functional, integration, regression and end‑to‑end testing
- Support client UAT, defect management and release readiness activities
- Mentor QA Engineers and SDETs while remaining hands‑on
- Drive automation initiatives using Playwright and modern quality engineering practices
- Work closely with Engineering, Product and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of web application and API testing
- Familiarity with Selenium or Cypress beneficial, particularly where transitioning to Playwright
- Experience with C# .NET testing approaches and frameworks, including tools such as HttpClient, RestSharp, Reqnroll/SpecFlow or equivalent
- Good working knowledge of BDD principles and automated test design
- Experience in FinTech, Banking, Treasury or other regulated industry
- Experience testing third‑party integrations and financial platforms
- Exposure to AI‑assisted testing, automation frameworks and modern QA tooling
