We’re hiring a permanent .NET Developer to join a leading insurance broker based in Central London. This is an exciting opportunity to work on business-critical internal systems within a collaborative and forward-thinking technology team.
Location & Working Pattern
Central London
Hybrid working: 3 days in the office, 2 days remote
Salary & Benefits
£60,000 – £70,000 per annum
15% employer pension contribution with no employee minimum contribution required
Option for employees to contribute an additional 5%
Discretionary 10% bonus
Employee Ownership Trust (EOT) bonus – tax free up to £3,600 after one year’s service
The Role
As a .NET Developer, you’ll play a key role in maintaining and enhancing two core internal applications that support critical brokerage operations. You’ll be responsible for:
- Maintaining and improving existing internal applications
- Supporting live production systems across BAU and enhancement work
- Developing new features and system improvements
- Collaborating closely with business stakeholders and technical teams
- Ensuring systems remain efficient, reliable, and scalable
Essential Skills & Experience
- Strong commercial experience with C# / .NET
- Minimum 2 years’ experience with Blazor front-end development
- Solid SQL knowledge including querying, data handling, and optimisation
- Experience with Razor Pages
- Experience supporting and developing live production systems
- Experience with Entity Framework
