Senior Interaction Designer / Service Designer – Agentic AI
I'm working with a major global organisation investing heavily in Agentic AI and emerging technologies, developing an AI-driven enterprise platform designed to automate complex, business-critical workflows.
The platform will use autonomous AI agents to streamline multi-stage processes, with human oversight, review and approval built into the workflow.
We're looking for an experienced Interaction Designer / Service Designer to lead the discovery and design of how users interact with these AI-powered systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead user research, discovery workshops and stakeholder interviews.
- Design end-to-end user journeys, service blueprints and complex enterprise workflows.
- Define human-in-the-loop interactions, including how users review, correct and approve AI-generated outputs.
- Develop prototypes, interaction models and detailed design documentation.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering Leads and technical teams to shape the product roadmap and development backlog.
Experience Required:
- 10+ years' experience in Interaction Design, Service Design, UX or Product Design.
- Strong background in user research, journey mapping, service blueprints and workflow design.
- Experience designing human oversight, review or decision-support interfaces for AI or automated systems.
- Experience translating complex business processes into intuitive, user-centred designs.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to independently lead discovery and design activities.
- Exposure to Agentic AI, LLM-powered applications or human-in-the-loop systems.
- Experience working within complex, highly regulated enterprise environments.
- Experience designing internal enterprise platforms or workflow automation solutions.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interaction and service design, rather than purely visual UI design, with the ability to understand complex workflows and define how humans interact effectively with intelligent automated systems.
