Opportunity
We are seeking a hands‑on AI Engineer to spearhead the AI roadmap for their core platform, which is built on .NET architecture and migrating to web‑native/cloud environments. This is an end‑to‑end role focusing on the design and implementation of applied AI capabilities, from building secure knowledge‑based chat (RAG solutions) over internal documentation and codebases, to developing complex agentic workflows that integrate deeply within their product suite.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the AI product roadmap, aligning AI initiatives with core business objectives.
- Implement documentation ingestion pipelines for structured knowledge bases.
- Build secure, enterprise‑grade Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to embed AI features into existing and new products.
- Design and deploy agentic workflows to automate multi‑step tasks across microservices.
- Ensure robust security, data privacy, and tenancy controls are implemented across all AI systems.

About You – Ideal experience

- Hands‑on experience with commercial LLM platforms (e.g., Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, GCP Vertex AI). They use AI Foundry.
- Familiarity with agent frameworks and orchestration patterns.
- Experience with cloud‑native architectures (Azure preferred).
- Solid grasp of enterprise security and data governance principles for AI.
